The Blade of the Endless Paths

Quests

Type
Task

A great and ancient weapon has been dismantled, its pieces strewn throughout the Endless Paths of Od Nua. Perhaps if all these pieces can be found again, the weapon can be reforged.

While exploring the Endless Paths, I have discovered what appears to be a piece of an ancient sword. Perhaps I can find more such pieces elsewhere in the ruins.

Objectives

  1. Find more pieces of the ancient sword
  2. Forge the blade
  3. Retrieve the Blade of Endless Paths from Dunstan

Endings

  1. I successfully retrieved all the pieces of the Blade of Endless Paths, and had it reforged by the smith Dunstan in Defiance Bay. This powerful weapon should serve me well in my travels.
  2. I have reforged the Blade of the Endless Paths, and applied the spider venom I took from the great spider queen to its surface. The powerful poisons should prove helpful in battle.
  3. I have reforged the Blade of the Endless Paths, and used the tentacle I cleaved from the giant Dank Spore in its crafting. The blade is now enchanted with powerful soul energy, which should prove useful in battle.
  4. I have reforged the Blade of the Endless Paths, and used the fire gland I took from the drake in its crafting. The blade now burns with drake's fire, which should prove useful in battle.
  5. I have reforged the Blade of the Endless Paths, and used the gem I took from the adra animat in its crafting. The blade is tremendously sharp, hewn to a razor's edge. It should prove deadly in battle.
