This fragment of a much larger shield has been re-worked to fit a bearer's arm comfortably. The surface of the mysterious metal is warm to the touch and grows hotter when tensions rise, though its searing energy is a comfort to anyone wielding it. In the heat of battle, driving the shield into an enemy's face would leave a memorable scar.
