Log: Subject K-1121's Confiscated Possessions

"Items removed and cataloged upon entry:

1 book (grimoire).

1 spyglass, cracked.

Assorted loose-leaf tea."

An addendum was penned by a shaking hand:

"Subject K-1121's grimoire has behaved unpredictably (i.e. at all) since we took her downstairs. Over the last several hours, I observed the runes and inscriptions fading from the page.

Oddly enough, the book seemed livelier when I carried it into the eastern alcove of the Oratory of Wael, but I have yet to identify the reason. Further observation recommended."
