The musician Gil "Mung Bean" Mungo wore this mouth organ around his neck during much of his decorated career, using it to herald the start of a performance. His little-known secret to success was to lace a slot of the instrument with powdered ripple sponge, which was blown in the faces of his unsuspecting audience. After making his fortune on the performance circuit, Mungo retired from public life to enlist with Rauatai's navy. His unit was celebrated for pacifying relations with the Deadfire's Huana tribes, gathering kith around a shared love of music and other, less obvious delights.
